What is a customer to your company?

When you think of your company what do you think is the most important component in it? Is it the great staff you selected and trained to handle relations between employees and stockers, and the management staff? Is it the wonderful product you carry that everyone will need and want? These things are important and their quality is vital but the most important thing to consider is your CRM solutions. When you think of your customers needs your product will flow around them and become more valuable to them making them not only want to come back but they will bring friends with them.
