A Pink Laptop In My Monochrome World

So, when I walked into my morning meeting, pink laptop in tow, I knew I was going to get some guff.I pulled out the laptop and tried to be as casual as possible, hoping if I acted normal no one would notice. As usual, I was wrong. Every single person who walked in felt the need to comment about my “pretty little” laptop.I took all the razzing with a good humor. I’d know when I bought it that everyone would give the “princess of darkness” some attitude for buying something as sweet as a pink laptop. I didn’t care. I would let them kid me. I knew that when I bought this laptop a donation was made to breast cancer research.That donation made all the teasing worth it.
