Tips On How To Jump Higher Part 4

When I started this series of post I said that I would present a series of exercises that would allow you to Jump Higher if you were willing to put the work in. What did you think of the suggestion of the first tip? The weight slow motion jump should have gotten you excited about making good progress. In any case that brings me to my second tip. This one is called by many names but for our purposes here we will refer to it as the “Tip Of Your Toe” technique. The idea is to walk around on the tip of your toes for a full 30 minutes.
