Tennis Mind Game Teaches You How To Be Confidant, Not Cocky

I was always the type of tennis player that walked onto the court with the mentality that at the end of the day, I was going to walk out victorious from the match. Up until I read Tennis Mind Game I thought there was nothing wrong with that mentality. I did not realize that my cocky nature was hindering my game. After reading tennis mind game, I realized that my mentality should be confidant, not cocky. Instead of being confidant in myself, I should have been confidant in my shots. This simple redistribution of my attitude has altered my play, to not hesitate in my decisions and directing my energy into a win on the courts.
