Will I Ever Be Able to Retire?

People my age should be able to retire with no worries; but, unfortunately, that is not usually the case. Retirement looks centuries away for me even though I am sixty years of age. My husband was able to retire at the age of sixty-two, because I was still working and could carry the health insurance at my place of work. If it had not been for that fact, he would not have been able to retire either. I am three years younger than he is and was ineligible for retirement when he was. I wonder how many other baby boomers out there will be able to retire even when they reach age sixty-five.
