LPN bridge programs

The ADN Program is better known as the Associate Degree Program, and is a useful program that can equip a LPN to apply for the position of a RN. This is one of the LPN Bridge Programs that allow a LPN an opportunity to grow from the current level. To take these programs, the LPN should be clinically competent, and have an independent thinking approach. Most importantly, the nurse should have a desire to serve patients, something which is critical to any nursing role.
