Researching My Options for Retail Space in Florida
October 15, 2009 12:14 am HomeI do not have the nicest landlord. Despite the bad economy and high vacancy rates, my landlord has proposed a new lease for me with higher rent. I thought that my rent was already too high so this has really surprised me. I tried talking to him about it but he is not budging. So, I have been researching my options for florida retail space. I do not want to move too far from where I am right now, since I do not want my customers to feel like they need to track me down. However, I would also like to save some money in rent if possible.
