In short, a mouth wash kills off harmful bacteria in your mouth and thus help in the prevention of gum disease. So, it is good to use mouth wash in our oral hygiene. Aside from brushing our teeth three times a day and flossing, the use of mouth wash is as important as the former procedures. Brushing can’t kill all the harmful elements in our mouth thus by using mouth wash, there is a possibility that almost 90% of all the toxins will be removed. Mouthwash is as important as brushing and dental flossing.
