Finding the right banana bread recipe

I started dating this girl who in our first date told me that she absolutely adored a man who could cook a banana bread recipe to perfection. I had made banana bread with my mother growing up but I hadn’t made it since. I went online and started scouring the web for the most delicious recipe and luckily I found several. I spent a weekend making every different type of banana bread I found and set up a sampler platter so when she came over she could try them. When I saw which one she liked the best that’s the one I’d make next time!
