Why my brother tries to eat lots of yogurt.

My little brother has been an inspiration to me. He overcame meningitis as a kid,he came close to dying. During high school he lettered in two different sports and maintained a high GPA. He then went on to college and did very well there. He does suffer from an internal hemroid. I have one as well. His is much worse so I often hear from him about new treatments or home remedies. One thing he noticed is that when his diet has a lot of yogurt in it his hemroid pain isn’t as bad. I have since then taken to eating a lot of yogurt.
