Back in Shape For Christmas

So I looked it up on the internet and turns out its just a fancy name for a fatty chest or man boobs. I was horrified – I don’t want to look like a girl! I can tell you that gave me a kick up the you know what! I promptly got my gym kit on and got to the gym post haste. I’d been procrastinating about joining the gym for ages and this gave me just the incentive I needed. I’m determined to be back in manly shape for Christmas.
