Often times when you are advised as far as the proper methods in order to gain muscle quickly you will be instructed to do isolated workouts. This is where you isolate a group of muscles and specifically work those muscles out. While this is an excellent way to gain muscle it should only be done after you have a certain level of muscle gain and fitness. The best way to start out is to get full body workouts. Later on you can move to more isolated muscle workouts.
