Moving time

This summer my family and I were moving into our new house and one of the delivery guys accidentally tripped walking off the truck and broke his leg. He is claiming that we are responsible for a safe environment and is going to call a personal injury attorney. I am not sure if it really is our fault or not, but, we still felt really bad for what happened to him and told him as soon as he picked up the box he dropped and brought it upstairs he could have the rest of the day off.
