Nephew Off to College and Ill Kept Dorm

We helped our nephew to move into his college dorm this past weekend. He is more like a son to us than a nephew. We are so proud of him. He is planning to become a teacher. He did extremely well in high school Spanish and would love to teach Spanish some day. He has done some mission work in Spanish speaking countries which has helped his ear and speed. We were really dismayed at the state of the dormitory. Being a handyman, I got right to work. It would appear that the maintenance department is either nonexistent or kept busy somewhere else.
