Recruiting strategies — will social networking sites ever make it?
February 28, 2008 9:10 pm BusinessI think that the jury is still out when it comes to using social networking sites to further a company’s recruiting strategies. I think the concern stems from the fact that there doesn’t seem to be an unqualified individuals seeking out positions through these channels. And, honestly, most companies do not have the extra financial resources to continue to play around with methods of recruiting that are not effective in identifying qualified candidates. So, the search goes on for new and innovative ways to reach qualified individuals in the digital era in which live today. I won’t throw out my resume just yet…
