IT Requirements: Roles Management

When introducing a roles management process into your business there are necessary requirements depending on your company.  The Information Technology people who will have a part in this will probably request a couple of things such as pre-defined best practices in regards to cross-process application policies.  The policy changes that will be put in place must be able to be flexible and accommodate any changes in the business in the future.  Of course the assumption is that the rules should be able to catch violations.  With that said, the teams of IT and business units should work together to ensure this solution is a success.  Lastly, the system should keep records that are accessible to external and internal auditors.
