Instead new manual wheel chair donate used chair

If anyone is planning to donate one brand new  Manual Wheel Chair  to any disabled person, then it is not a bad idea to donate two or three or even four used wheel chairs at the same cost to the needy people. Even though it is not nice to present or donate used articles to charity homes or any other     organizations caring poor, in my opinion I think it is not a bad practice offering some used articles like manual wheel chair, clothing materials in good condition or television, computer etc. You must make sure that these organizations accept such used articles before presenting to them.
