In Techie Heaven

I work in a shop that sells computers (计算机 for our Chinese readers) and other gadgets and it is simply amazing.  Everyday, I am surrounded by different computers in different colors and configurations.  I can’t help thinking about the great minds and the hands that made possible the creation of these computers and gadgets.I became acquainted with different brands and models of computers, and in various forms and sizes.  In my first week at work, I can’t help but drool over the wide array of choices available to customers.  And to tell the truth, I made it a point to lightly pat every computer on display that first week.  I worked in that shop for a month now but I still can’t help but still be overwhelmed by the computers that surround me.  But one thing I realized that it’s not really “work” when you work in techie heaven.
