I am considering mortage refinance.

I am considering mortgage refinance. Interest rates are lower now than they were when I bought my home. I could save thousands of dollars over the life of the loan if I would refinance. I would only obtain a loan for what is owed on my home. I simply want to pay off my existing mortgage loan. I don’t want to cash in on the equity in my home. I just want to pay off my existing mortgage, so I can reduce my monthly payment and save money on the amount of interest that I will have to repay.
