What to Look for in a Professional Photographer

First, look over the photos they’ve already taken. The photographer should be able to provide you with work samples. Their portfolio is going to be of the picture they think are best, so this should be a good example of the quality they can provide. 

Second, be certain that the photographer is able to work in the type of scenario you are requesting. While s/he may have excellent photos of dogs and cats, that doesn’t mean s/he will be an excellent wedding photographer.

Third, request a list of their credentials. Boulder Photographers can range from poor quality amateurs to well educated professionals, so be certain to have the qualifications that you’re paying for. 

Finally, make a clear deal with the photographer!
